任职类：Position category:在中国担任副总经理、副厂长等职务以上或者具有副教授、副研究员等副高级职称以上以及享受同等待遇，已连续任职满四年、四年内在中国居留累计不少于三年且纳税记录良好。任职单位应当符合下列条件之一：

在中国境内工作的外国人，连续工作满 4 年、每年实际居住不少于 6 个月，工资性年收入不低于上一年度所在地区城镇在岗职工平均工资的六倍，年缴纳个人所得税不低于工资性年收入标准的 20%，可向公安机关出入境管理部门申请在华永久居留，其外籍配偶和未成年子女可随同申请。在北京的具体标准为工资性年收入（税前）不低于 50 万元人民币，年缴纳个人所得税不低于 10 万元人民币。Foreigners working in China who have worked continuously for 4 years and have actually lived for at least 6 months each year, whose annual wage income is not less than six times the average wage of urban employees in the region where they are located in the previous year, and whose annual personal income tax paid is not less than 20% of the annual wage income standard, can apply to the exit and entry administration department of the public security organ for permanent residence in China, and their foreign spouses and minor children can apply with them. The specific standard in Beijing is that the annual salary income (before tax) should not be less than 500000 yuan, and the annual personal income tax paid should not be less than 100000 yuan.

拥有博士学历的外籍华人，在北京工作，可直接向公安机关出入境管理部门申请在华永久居留，其外籍配偶和未成年子女可随同申请，没有工作时间、薪资收入和个税缴纳金额的要求限制。Foreign Chinese nationals with a doctoral degree who work in Beijing can directly apply for permanent residency in China to the exit and entry management department of the public security organs.
